Shipping Policy

Shipping and prices:

• Peninsular Spain: free

• Balearic Islands: 8,90 €

• Rest of Europe: 15 €

• North America: 30 €

Delivery times:

• Ready-to-ship products: dispatched within 24-48 hours from order confirmation.

• Custom or made-to-order products: production time may vary depending on the product type, generally 7-14 business days before shipping.

Shipping policy:
All my products are shipped as fragile goods, carefully packed in boxes with recyclable protective materials whenever possible to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• Shipping costs: displayed at checkout according to the destination country or zone.

• Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the shipment.

Incorrect address:

• If the address details provided are incorrect, I will notify you and try to resolve it.

• If it is not possible, return and re-shipping costs will be your responsibility.

In-person pickup and local delivery:

• If you live in the province of Barcelona, in Santa María de Palautordera or nearby, you can reserve an in-person pickup by calling me or sending an email.

• I can also make home deliveries in my area; in this case, the normal shipping cost will apply, equivalent to postal shipping.

Damages or defects:

• Do not remove or alter the original packaging.

• Send me an email at danielasalagean.design@gmail.com with photos of the package and the damaged product.

• I will personally manage the claim with the shipping company and, once validated, take care of the replacement or resolution of the order.
